Well, I almost took a nice big shit in my pants. As my wife was leaving for works, she has to show me her rear view back up camera. She starts the car and is turning the wheels so I can see the back up lines on the video display on the dashboard move side to side to show your direction while backing up. Then she leaves for work, and starts backing up at a fair pace. She had left her wheels turned in her demonstration, and she cuts out through the neighbors yard. I can see her head down and looking at her video display on her dash as she's backing up. Apparently she's watching the video, but not paying attention to what the hell she's looking at. She goes about 25 foot, and is heading straight for a telephone pole. I'm running down the drive way yelling, "stop, stop, (under breath) you stupid bitch..!" When she finally slams on the breaks on, stopping about 3 foot from the telephone pole. I'm yelling, "what the hell are you doing..?" She says, "It's never done that before. It's always gone straight...!" NOT when you leave the fucking wheels turned when you were demonstrating the back up camera.....! Stop looking at the video camera and start looking over your shoulder like you used to, until you can get used to using the damn thing... God, I'm taking some sleeping pills and going to bed. Nite all...!

The Fisherman

A farmer in the country noticed that a gentleman would fish
at the lake (close to the farmer's house) and would always
leave with a stringer full of fish.
The fellow had a boat but a fishing pole was not to be seen.
The farmer mentioned the situation to the game warden. The
warden then started watching this man and all that the
farmer said was true! The man would arrive at the lake in
the morning and by early afternoon, he had a stringer full
of fish.
The warden dressed like a fisherman one day and approached
the man. They exchanged pleasantries and the stranger asked
the warden in disguise to come fish with him. They boated
for 45 minutes and arrived at a secluded spot.
The stranger then pulled out a stick of dynamite. The warden
said, "I'm going to have to place you under arrest--I am a

Right before I got to work yesterday a idiot that had just shot the back window out of a police cruiser thought he would pull into our parking lot to air up one of his tires but failed to notice the unit sitting in front of our building, let's just say it wasn't very long before our parking lot got so bright with blue lights you could have seen it from the moon. Incredible number of stupid people out there.

As it stands right now they may be able to play football again next year but that could change.

Seems to be most effective in hot weather, when it is in the high 90's or hotter here the ambulance is picking them up down around the soup kitchen every hour or more then as it cools a little they slow down. Went to a presentation on that stuff, very popular with truck drivers because there is basically no test for it. There are literally no two batches made with the same chemical identity and it only takes one change in molecular structure to make it where tests do not identify it so there is no way to make it hold up in court. If you remember a year or so ago a North Texas college softball team was wiped out on a bus up in Oklahoma when a truck crossed the median and hit it. They well know Truck driver was out of his mind on the stuff but the only real solid evidence they had was the pipe he was smoking it in.

And it may get much better with just a few weeks rest from a 9-day SurePost trip in very hot weather but just seemed pretty ho-hum to me. Well, I almost took a nice big shit in my pants. As my wife was leaving for works, she has to show me her rear view back up camera. She starts the car and is turning the wheels so I can see the back up lines on the video display on the dashboard move side to side to show your direction while backing up. Then she leaves for work, and starts backing up at a fair pace. She had left her wheels turned in her demonstration, and she cuts out through the neighbors yard. I can see her head down and looking at her video display on her dash as she's backing up. Apparently she's watching the video, but not paying attention to what the hell she's looking at. She goes about 25 foot, and is heading straight for a telephone pole. I'm running down the drive way yelling, "stop, stop, (under breath) you stupid bitch..!" When she finally slams on the breaks on, stopping about 3 foot from the telephone pole. I'm yelling, "what the hell are you doing..?" She says, "It's never done that before. It's always gone straight...!" NOT when you leave the fucking wheels turned when you were demonstrating the back up camera.....! Stop looking at the video camera and start looking over your shoulder like you used to, until you can get used to using the damn thing... God, I'm taking some sleeping pills and going to bed. Nite all...!
Not sure what to say here Dad, I am just glad she didn't wreck the new car.

Crack heads is about right for my work, I see a bunch of them. Right before I got to work yesterday a idiot that had just shot the back window out of a police cruiser thought he would pull into our parking lot to air up one of his tires but failed to notice the unit sitting in front of our building, let's just say it wasn't very long before our parking lot got so bright with blue lights you could have seen it from the moon. Incredible number of stupid people out there.
Crazies everywhere these days, hell you should see the crap that goes on downtown here. The vagrants here love that K2 (synthetic marihuana) stuff. Had several,of them die from it.
Last week, 3 guys pull into a Quick Mart at 5 a.m. to buy some beer. As they are walking out, another guy that had filled his car up with gas stopped them and asked if he could have a beer. The guy fumbled with the beer and one of them fell to the ground and spewed beer all over the asking guys shoes. The guy said, "Look what you did to my shoes, are you going to buy me a new pair of shoes...?" The guys said, "no." So the man who wanted new shoes walks back to his car and gets his hand gun, walks back, and shoots the guys friend dead. Get's into his car and drives off.

Yup, job honeymoon is over!
Hahaha - it's weird not being totally swamped like I have been the last 4-6weeks, I almost don't know how to relax at work.
When I retired, I couldn't relax for around 2 years. I always thought I should still be working. I did start off with 8 free months with nothing to do. But then I started babysitting my grand-daughter ever since. So far I did catch a break when school started this year. Since I didn't have a car to transport the kids, the assume the other grandmother took over the duty of picking the kids up from school. I'm not sure how long that will last. I'm guessing car seats may show up in the not too distant future, now that we have a car that supports kids.

That's bad... I hope it wasn't too close to your house. When I was a kid, we were camping and I saw the brush moving, and I snuck up to see what it was. I guess I was about 10 foot from a skunk. I just froze, then slowly backed away. I was pretty lucky. I freeze when I see snakes too. I actually freeze and can't move for about 3 or 4 seconds. Once I froze about 18 foot up on a telephone pole during a pole climbing class. I was practicing by myself, and I couldn't move for about 5 minutes. The instructor seen me and walked out to where I was and said, "Your doing great. Now just bring your right leg down and start coming down." I don't know if she knew I was froze or not, but she talked me down. I acted like I knew what I was doing.. :)

Earlier this summer we were finishing up dinner out on the terrace when all three of us - the warden, the skunk amd myself noticed each other. Fortunately the skunk just keeps on keep in' on. Close enough for each of us to reach out and touch the other. Figure the 5 AM musking must be the skunk heading home and is disturbed by something else out and about that same time of day be it critter or human on the same schedule. Been going on for the last five or six weeks.

She kinda let the occasional dead Starling slide seeing as how we no longer have a problem with a couple hundred roosting in our trees. But a warm, fuzzy Flower the Skunk... More like cold and stiff and extremely odiferous.

Yeah, but the truth of the matter is you have to work at riling a skunk, and they give you all kinds of warning that they're going to spray you. They aren't hair-trigger beasts like rattlesnakes. That's why dogs always seem to get sprayed, because dogs are stupid. The only people I've ever known to get sprayed were trying to wrestle a dog away from annoying a skunk.

Surprising how tight a distribution radius there is here. Only a few of the biggies really seem to cross borders, like AleSmith, Ballast Point, Stone, Green Flash, Belching Beaver, Karl Strauss. I don't usually go to liquor stores here to seek them out....too much available fresh that keeps me distracted.
