Nope, this has been his 2015 stance.... I don't think today is any more or less harsh, it just is affecting him more. They ask me "flip, how do you stay with someone this horrible?" I tell them very low expectations. Last week, I got a more sincere look of appreciation and thanks from a gal sitting on the floor in Penn station, with an artificial leg, when i gave her a few dollars, then from a wife with years of expensive jewelry gifts. that's where you can get tripped up, you have to curtail interaction with normal people that have normal human responses, when you have one of these wives who expect everything and return nothing. now she gets taken out to dinner for her birthday, at least I have a chance of a nice meal. Or I buy her a case of wine, or her favorite vodkas for the after work / dinner cosmo. I make sure i never drink the last of the cranberry juice. Known a few guys that have had some knee surgery's from sports, and they said that the straightening their leg in therapy to help break down the adhesion's was almost more painful than the initial injury. "You flatten your leg on the table, or we're gonna do it for ya."

I like 165 grain Speer gold dots for business and 165 grain Speer lawman for range ammo in my .40's. Load them wadcutters backwards in a .357 and they are some badass self defense loads in warm weather but penetration is limited for heavy clothing.
