It's Tuesday again! In between insults we'll occasionally discuss cigars.  Join in and perhaps learn something along the way. Warning: don't proceed if you have thin skin but don't be afraid to post either... And welcome aboard!

This MB3 has been in my humidor a couple of years, and it's been a long time since I've smoked one. I'm really digging it. Started out a little grassy, but then it revved up with a really nice balance of pepper, floral notes, and woody notes.

I'm positive, that I'm full of shit. I found myself starting to doze off on the porch with with cigar in hand. Thanks for joining us to honor the memories of those recently passed. Time to call it a night.

Indeed, and be grateful for every pleasure and every pain...for the pain reminds us that we can still feel the pleasure when it comes.

Pretty standard, she does it a couple times a year. She has some issues with the vertebrae in her back, so the shots help with the pain. Also gets them in her knees, on occasion.

I don't know that the shots are even really that bad, she just has to lie on her back for a few hours to get the medicine to disperse right, or something.

@Tex, have you smoked/reviewed a Laranja Lancero yet?
I have smoked two of them and they were  outstanding, best of the Laranja's I think but all Laranja's are plenty good.  Even though they are the best of I don't think they are as much better than a Caixo or Corona to warrant the extra $ unless like me ya just luv lancero's.  Rest of my box is in a retirement tub.

Burn, draw and construction quality of the lancero's is outstanding.

morning guys. bad night. sorry I missed the herf. had a domestic incident to settle. got a call from the lady's 14 year old grandson. his mom's deadbeat methhead drunken boyfriend smacked him upside his head and split his ear. I called 911 to report it and drove out to see what I could do. by the time I got there the boyfriend was crying he was sorry and she wasn't going to press charges. the grandson and I spent an hour going through all the physical and emotional incidents over the last 2 years I knew of and they finally had him arrested. took the grandson to the ER to make sure his eardrum was okay. got home about 3am.

I am a very cautious Craigslist Shopper to say the least but it is the only place to find used items anymore so I look there for a top notch cabinet humidor (after I stupidly let one get away from me that was about 4 miles from my house).

Here is a typical craigslist advertisement I found in the Dallas paper today to avoid:  ( might be Tony's replacement)

I got this cigar humidor 10 month ago and I don't need no more and you can get it on $499. It's brand new and I paid all together $758

How else would anyone converse with Corrupt Hillary?

Heck, if you replace lying with lazy, I would think you were talking about my Mrs. By the way, I did hug her and tell her I love her yesterday, as per Chip's request. I wasn't happy about it though.

I wonder where these wise-ass economist buy their groceries and have their vehicles repaired while not seeing any inflation.

Social Security Recipients to Get Tiny Increase in Benefits: $4 a Month

Millions of Social Security recipients and federal retirees will get a 0.3 percent increase in monthly benefits next year, the fifth year in a row that older Americans will have to settle for historically low raises.

There was no increase this year. Next year's benefit hike will be small because inflation is low, driven in part by lower fuel prices.

Edit - this was just published:

Inflation Spikes on Rising Gasoline, Higher Rents, Pricey Oil

U.S. consumer prices recorded their biggest gain in five months

Finally all set up outside, day's almost over
Laranja CG and Starbucks redeye going, will reach 85 degrees here today
I plan to take this operation outside myself. My setup won't be nearly as nice though.
Started out with a meh cigar, Kismet. Especially after that El Triunfador Original lancero I smoked last night. But I wasn't sure how much time I would have and I didn't want to waste a good stick.

Off to Delaney's Irish Pub.  Restaurant, Pub, cigar lounge and OTB.  Pass on the OTB but a fine establishment otherwise.  Food not quite as good a Jamie's but it will do.
