Now THAT sounds good! Usually do that myself but tried it once with a Bacon wrapped turkey carcass (left out the bacon in the stock pot obviously) and it tasted "off" so we 86'd the carcass this year.

I'm afraid SC is not going to be one of the early girls picked at the dance. Considering how many big openings are out there, there isn't a lot of top coaching talent to fill them.
It was nice to see VT and Fuente. Seems like a good match for both.

Very pleasant. Rather uniform leather and cocoa with a bit of spice. Slow burner, lasted over 2 hours.
