that reminds me, Gabrielle & I took my mom out to dinner Saturday evening.
she sent us home with an extra pineapple cheese pie she baked.  that and the 6 containers of

I made turkey stock with the remains of the 21lb carcass, and then turkey soup, after taking the rest of the meat off the bones.
