The last time Hillary Clinton had a simple job to do,
she outsourced it to Monica Lewinsky.....
I've always felt sorry for Monica.  I think she got sucked into a bad deal.
How was it a bad deal for her, she has made a fortune off of one blow job and a cigar in her twat with no pictures.
Maybe we could get CI to name a cigar after her....?
Already done: Gurkha
I guess it would sound like that...!  Gurka, gurka, gurka, oouuugh...!
My wife has been hinting about a new car for running around town in.  She wants one of those Kia Souls, because she thinks the Hamsters are cute.  She just wants an automatic, and air.  Does anyone know anything about the Souls...?
Drives and feels as cheap as it is.

So, that sounds like a no.

Maybe you should hint for her to get a second job! haha. jk
I was working on the angle that she would have to loose a little weight, and wear one of those sexy mouse costumes.  Am I stooping too low again....?  Or maybe I'm ok while Dean and TR are not here..?  :)
And, of course, this is where I enter the conversation. Sheesh. I've gotta get better timing.

Morning, muchachos. Spent most of yesterday evening yanking the transmission out of my Toyota pickup to change the clutch. Fun times. But I had some friends helping, and we smoked some 5-Vegas Triple A's. There are worse ways to spend an evening.

Good morning Bret.  Just some car talk here.. :)
Kia and car talk is not the same.
Dean would prefer we talk about real cars, like Jeeps that are in the shop once every 3 weeks. ;)

My CBID order will arrive tomorrow, I couldn't resist buying the new Xikar Turrim Lighter
How much did you get it for?
$55, told myself I wasn't going over $49...that worked well

Guess you're not gonna post that confirmation email then?  :P

At least you know you'll get one father's day gift you wanted... which is nice.

I'm starting to think all the cars are like that to increase the gas mileage.  I was talking to a lady that has a new Chevy Malibu and she said it sounded like a tin can and she hated it.  I asked another woman about her Ford Focus, and she hated it, and said she didn't come close to the rated gas mileage.  I looked at her wheels, and they were painted and the paint was chipping off in big chunks, and this was a fairly new car.  My problem is, I need a cheep, high mileage, and reliable car that I can fit in and easy to get in and out of (I'm old.)  Also I can afford a car at the $20,000 mark, but it would take me about 4 more years to save another $5k-8k for a better car.  Also if I bought a more expensive car, I doubt that I could afford to have it worked on.  How much does a new radar system cost.  Our friend can't afford to buy a new tail light for her car because it's LED and cost $400. The 10 year warranty looks rather nice too.  Anyway I'm still looking, and looking..

Sexy mouse... you certainly have an active imagination. I don't want to know the scenario... okay, maybe. It's Friday.  ;D
I'm sure you guys think about this stuff too, but just don't mention it..   ;)

We own one. Like it a lot, very little trunk space. Grocery shopping can be like playing Tetris at times, but we like it enough that it isn't a big deal.
Everyone I talk to, love them.  What did you get on your...?  And what engine did you get (1.6L or 2.0L)...?  Oh, and gas mileage, I was sort of worried about that.

Worried about gas milage when the BIG engine is the 2.0... come on BD.
I was aiming for a high mileage car.  But I watched a car review by Everyman Driver on Youtube and he said he was getting in the low 20's on a Honda Civic he was reviewing.  That car is rated by Honda to get 30-40 mpg.  So it would really bother me if I got a Civic thinking I'm going to get 35 mpg, and really get 21 mpg.  I know it's hard to believe, but things like that drive me nuts..   :o

1. Highway vs. City
2. Automatic vs. Manual
3. Was the model Si, Ex, Sx etc.

There are always variables. The Warden had a 1995 Ex at one time. Even then it got @30mpg
I got a new (2015) Honda Accord about 3 weeks ago, gets 34MPG on my commute to work. I was impressed, mostly highway but still. Odd thing is that I get 32MPG on the way in and 36MPG on the way home. Must be due to my Starbucks stop

A man sits down and writes some words on a piece of paper and they call him a poet, and he get's $50 for it.
Another man sits down and writes some words on a piece of paper and they call him a song writer, and he get's $100 for it.
The third man sits down and writes some words on a piece of paper and they call him a preacher, and it takes 8 people to collect the money.

I would love to have an Accord, but I'm not too sure I can afford it.  I think they are listed at $23,500 for the lowest priced one.  Do you have any problem with wind noise on the highway...?
