Forgive Your Enemies?
-------------------------

The preacher's Sunday sermon was "Forgive Your Enemies."
He asked how many of the congregation have forgiven their enemies? About half held up their hands. He then repeated his question. Now about 80 % held up their hands.
He then repeated his question once more. All responded, except one elderly lady.

"Mrs. Johnson, are you not willing to forgive your enemies?"

"I don't have any."

"Mrs. Johnson that is very unusual. How old are you?"

"Ninety-three," she replied.

"Mrs. Johnson, please come down in front and tell the congregation how a person cannot have an enemy in the world?"

The little sweetheart of a lady tottered down the aisle and said, "I outlived every one of those bitches!"

Marriage Phrases
-------------------------

There was a man who said, "I never knew what happiness was until I got married...and then it was too late!"

Love is one long sweet dream, and marriage is the alarm clock.

They say when a man holds a woman's hand before marriage, it is love; after marriage, it is self-defense.

When a newly married man looks happy, we know why. But when a ten-year married man looks happy, we wonder why.

There was this lover who said that he would go through hell for her. They got married, and now he is going through hell.

A Code of Honor: Never approach a friend's girlfriend or wife with mischief as your goal. There are just too many women in the world to justify that sort of dishonorable behavior. Unless she's really attractive. -- Bruce Friedman

A coward is a hero with a wife, kids, and a mortgage. -- Marvin Kitman

A gentleman is one who never swears at his wife while ladies are present.

A husband is living proof that a wife can take a joke.

A husband is what's left of the lover after the nerve has been extracted. -Marriage quotes2// Marriage is like a mousetrap. Those on the outside are trying to get in. Those on the inside are trying to get out.

Marriage is low down, but you spend the rest of your life paying for it.

Marriage is the process of finding out what kind of man your wife would have preferred.

Marriage is the sole cause of divorce.

Marriage means commitment. Of course, so does insanity.

Marriage still confers one very special privilege - only a married person can get divorced.

Marriage: A ceremony in which rings are put on the finger of the lady and around the hands and feet of the man.

Marriage: the only sport in which the trapped animal has to buy the license.

Marriages are made in heaven and consummated on Earth.

Good morning, guys.
Morning, Mayor Tony. What's the good word?
Year-end performance evaluations are due today.  I guess the next month and a half doesn't count?
Nah, it's like the All-Star game in any given sport. Based on about 45% of the actual season. Already had to submit my evaluation on my manager this past Wednesday. That time of year, I suppose.
Ok, then I guess the word is "payday"; two more weeks of motivation.
I got paid yesterday, most of it is already gone!
Oh I hear that.  My other house still hasn't closed but we're getting close.  My wife's already spent that money too.
So you'll be out of the rental game for good then?
Hope so.  Never wanted to be in it.
That's good news. One house is definitely all I can handle. At least until I hit the lottery and buy a log cabin somewhere in the middle of nowhere.

Yes sir I did on special $249 + $17 shipping and NO Commie Sales Tax!  picked it up Wednesday with a $15 dealer transfer fee.

Also the Sig rep was at the store when I picked it up and let me fire a few rounds in the range with their newer high end P229 Legion.  What a damn fine piece of machinery that is!!!!  Holy cow got to save my pennies for the .357 Sig version coming out early 2016. ($1250 range) It is a very concealable double stack and one of the smoothest best feeling auto's I have ever fired including custom 1911's.

Yes, FS is Famous Smoke Shop Auction site.  It's the one I'm used to using, so it's my go to spot.  I just hope this consolidation shipping works and everything goes into one box at one shipping price.. :)

It should be fine unless you change the day AFTER you already have a winner.

Other than the Friday the 13th issue, how goes it with you, BD?

I won a bid on FS for a 5 pack of CLE Conn. for $13.  I requested the consolidation shipping for next week, so I'm looking at singles to bid on to add to my shipment.  I'm looking at the Four Kicks for $3.00, should I add one or not..?
For $3, I would - good mornin Dad
I added one to try.  Now to win the bid... :)  And good morning to ya Shaun, Flip, Tony, Raz, Dave(s), and all else.

+1... $3 is the sweet spot for those, imo since 5ers usually go between 13-15 regularly.

Just to clarify, FS is Famous/CigarAuctioneer?

Actually, I read the consolidation deal, and caught that your not to change the consolidation date after winning...

Let's see, well my wife came in from work and within 3 minutes it's who's on first again, and I just wanted to give her a free trip to the moon.  Schnucks has frozen turkeys for .65 cents a lb if you purchase $25.  She had to buy groceries for her brother, so I said, pick up an 8 to 12 lb turkey for .69 cents a lb.  She comes home and says, "Here's Kenneth's turkey.."  Where's my turkey...?  Here take Kenneth's.  So where's Kenneth's turkey.  He don't want one.  Then why did you get him one..?  Because he had $25 worth of groceries, and we didn't.  Isn't that what I said in the first place...?  Add a turkey to Kenneth's grocery bill, and pay the difference...?  Yikes...!!!

Deadbeats..., my wife has 2 of them, brothers.

Her one brother retired at the age of 16.  Came home from school, sat down in front of the tv and didn't move for 5 years.  His father stopped buying him cigarettes and he realized if he wanted to smoke, he had to find money.  He did an occasional odd job but found stealing and hocking his fathers Snap On and Craftsman tools was easier.

Years later his girlfriend that he was sponging off of moved to Nevada.  He begged his mother for $4,000 to move to Arizona to get a job and live with his girlfriend.  Since living with his girlfriend worked so well, she gave him the money.  Three months later he called for more money.  It seems that his girlfriend didn't want him, so he just took a $4,000 vacation in Los Vegas. She sent him a bus ticket to get home.

Years later he found a job in Hawaii working on a fishing boat.  He begged my sister-in-law for $4,500 for a new start in Hawaii.  He got the job and later found out that the guy that owned the fishing boat only wanted to drink and not work.  So they drank up the remaining $4,500.  He called for more money or at least a ticket home, but my sister-in-law refused to take his calls.

Years later, he's now 60 years old.  My sister-in-law gets a call from the Maui Police. They wanted my sister-in-laws address and Soc. Sec. Number.  She wouldn't give them her Soc. Sec.#.  The police gave her a case # and said, "your brother checked into the Maui Hospital, and died within 24 hours."  She asked the police for a phone number to call them back, but they would not give her a number. Odd...  Was it a scam...?

She looked up the Hawaii police on the internet and called them.  Sure enough there was a case # and her brother was dead.  They did an autopsy, but he was fine other than being dead.  They sent his fluids to a lab, but it will take 2 to 3 weeks to find out the results.

So basically nobody liked him, and now we have a body in Hawaii that nobody knows what to do with...?

Anyway, that's one thing that's going on at the moment....

No question we still consider it a rivalry game. Though, that may be more one-sided, since we've had so little success in the last few years. Early on, it was all going our way, now it's swung back for a few years. Hopefully, we soon get back to it be one-sided in this direction. ;)

Dad, you gonna deep fry that turkey? I know I would!  ;D
It won't fit into my toaster oven, so I'm going to have to smoke him on the bar-b-que grill...  Now to buy some charcoal.  I also heard that there is going to be a pumpkin shortage.  So if you need any canned pumpkin, now's the time to buy.

Oddly enough, I did hear about the big pumpkin shortage on the news. So, she's already taken care of that.

Grill can be a little tricky. Now, if you said 'smoker'... now we're talkin!
I just place charcoal on both sides, and the turkey in the middle with a drip pan under it with some water, beer or wine in it.  I also have some apple wood chips that I will soak in water.  After 4 or 5 hours it should be done.  Hopefully the turkey will have one of those popups on it..

That'll work. My mom still likes to use one of those turkey bags and bake it on low in the oven for about 8 hours. I like to use some flavor injections and deep fry in peanut oil. Either way, turkey still gets on my plate... and who don't like turkey? Commies? lol

That's literally the definition of deadbeat.

Commies? lol
I don't have the equipment for deep frying.  But a friend of mine would inject his with hot sauce, then garlic juice.  Very good..!

I did it about 10 years ago and it was great.  Unfortunately, I never knew what to do with all that peanut oil so I think the fryer is still filled with oil in the back corner of the garage.

Most people strain it back into the plastic container once it cooled enough, and then re-use it next time. Then again, I did say most people.  ::)  You got some cleanup... or you could just buy a new one!  ;D

+1... $3 is the sweet spot for those, imo since 5ers usually go between 13-15 regularly.

Just to clarify, FS is Famous/CigarAuctioneer?
Yes, FS is Famous Smoke Shop Auction site.  It's the one I'm used to using, so it's my go to spot.  I just hope this consolidation shipping works and everything goes into one box at one shipping price.. :)
Did you set up a once a week shipping day?

how many times do i have to tell you guys, , the only sanctioned exercise is the 1 pint beer curls,
from the bar to your mouth.  one arm slightly bent, is all that usually has to move.
good what's left of the morning to you one and all.

Well, that was a nice thought, but I was thinking more of some red headed twins... ya, know... more like Dean's Christmas list.  ;)
....plus I just don't have Dean's tolerance for drama.

Enjoying an Mbombay and a commie coffee in an unchristian cup that I just picked up after some errands.  Very tasty Connecticut shade, but a bit pricy for regular consumption.

Met the warden for lunch at the Catfish Parlor then got the grocery shopping done followed by a stop at the heart pharmacy and now time for a cigar as soon as I blow the leaves aff the patio.

Don't take retirement lightly, based on my practice it is going to be hard work.

It seems that his girlfriend didn't want him, so he just to a $4,000 vacation in Los Vegas.

Well, that didn't disappoint. Sorry to hear about it?
Bottom line is it's nobody's problem, let him stay in Hawaii.
Within the first week of his death, child support bills and $300 worth of parking tickets have started arriving.

Yes I did, next Wednesday.  Now when I win a bid, I receive an e-mail stating that my order has been placed into my consolidation.  Hopefully, I can get some singles that I've been wanting to try for some time now.  With out knowing about the consolidation, I've been buying 5 packs of anything I wanted to try.

Here's what Illinois does.  My brother divorced his wife.  My brother took the property, and his wife took the money.  My brother had my sister-in-laws name removed from his property.  Years later my sister-in-law failed to pay her Illinois state taxes.  Illinois put a lean against my brothers property even thou my sister-in-law had to claim to the property.  When my brother went to sell the property, he couldn't due to the lean.  He consulted a lawyer and the lawyer said, "you have two choices."  1. Pay Illinois the approximately $1,000 for your ex-wife's taxes, or. 2. Give me a $2,000 retainer, and I will put you on a continued billing until we win the case against Illinois.  The cheaper choice was to pay Illinois.

Years later his girlfriend that he was sponging off of moved to Nevada.  He begged his mother for $4,000 to move to Arizona to get a job and live with his girlfriend.  Since living with his girlfriend worked so well, she gave him the money.  Three months later he called for more money.  It seems that his girlfriend didn't want him, so he just to a $4,000 vacation in Los Vegas.

Well, that didn't disappoint. Sorry to hear about it?
Bottom line is it's nobody's problem, let him stay in Hawaii.
Within the first week of his death, child support bills and $300 worth of parking tickets have started arriving.
Why in the world does that schitt end up in his sisters mailbox?
It's coming to his last known address, which is his mothers house, which is now my wife's and sister-in-laws house.
Get an address for the mortuary and forward it there.

Not your problem!
That is a spouse not a brother and it is Hawaii not Illinois.
My brother paid the state so he could sell his house.  The state gave him a receipt for the release of the lean, but there was no record placed onto my ex-sister-in-laws taxes.  My ex-sister-in-law still owe her back taxes unless she had the receipt from my brother. But of course, he hated her, that's why he divorced her.

Ha. I like the II's as well. Picked up 2 boxes of PC's on the Bid... within a week. So, minus the split with my bro on the 1st box, I ended up with 75 of those suckers. Obviously, still have a bunch. They will be good smokes as the colder weather gets closer.

That being said, I like the I's too. The rosado is really different.

In Today's News...
Paris shootings: Casualties in city centre and explosion at Stade de France. No who or why yet. Local problems or Muslims? Other reports say 2 shooters with machine guns and hand grenades, claim 2 dead and 7 wounded. Supposed multiple explosions at Stade de France during game between Germany and France. Several French news agencies now reporting 18 dead. Reported hostage situation at Bataclan (concert venue).

Edit:   Now reporting 18- 24 dead and 100 hostages being held.
