Judge orders temporary stop to stricter 'nipple law'

For at least a few months, nipples can legally be exposed in Springfield, MO.

A federal judge ordered a temporary injunction in the lawsuit between the City of Springfield and the local Free the Nipple group after the two sides agreed to the terms of the injunction.

The new, stricter indecent exposure ordinance, which outlawed the exposure of any part of the female breast at or below the top of the areola, is not currently enforceable.

However, a narrower indecent exposure ordinance will take its place to make the showing of "genitals, buttocks, vulva, pubic hair or pubic area for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification" illegal in the city.

I think all the retailers gave up on selling cigars.

Almost no deals this month and the only thing I can think of is that they sell lots of gift cards to be given for Christmas gifts and they are holding off on real deals until people use a high % of them.

But that 20% is burning a hole in my pocket.

I actually have quite a few things in my cart to use that on.  Another box of CyB corona's, those Espinosa Laranja from the jam, San Lotano Bull Robusto box (+/- $47 with discount) and a  couple of other small jam quantities. .

Very nice cartfull
