Very nice campus there at Baylor though.  Hopefully students stay on campus and don't mingle much with the townies....doesn't sound like a very good mix.

Good School in a bad place.  They got a gorgeous new football stadium too.

Also Georges is a little dump on the side of I-35 in the middle of town that has one of the very best chicken fried steaks in TX and the competition is tough.
