Reports: Johnny Manziel sued for 'extensive damage' to rental home in Los Angeles
In this week's installment of Johnny Manziel's Life On No One's Roster, we'll take a look at the most recent accusation and ding against the former Texas A&M star's reputation. According to reports, the ex Cleveland Browns quarterback is being sued for "extensive damage" to a home he rented in Los Angeles.
TMZ and ESPN reported that the property owners are seeking more then $40,000 in damages after Manziel rented the home in April. Lawyers say Manziel had agreed to pay a $10,000 fine if more than 15 people were at the home at the same time.
The owners looked at surveillance footage and claim Manziel hosted large parties where narcotics were left behind. The $40,000 sought covers the $10,000 fine as well as damages to rugs, bathroom doors, couches, statues, broken glass tables, and more.
