good morning Monday morning grumblers.
EPC 2nd and coffee here.
gotta wander into a walk in clinic sometime this morning and see about some health care for my ankles.
A good rubbing by the lady doesn't solve all ills?
I wish.
They are going to just tell you that you walked in to a walk in  so your ankles must be just fine but you owe us $299.53 prior to leaving.
probably 3 hours of paperwork and financial disclosures to be told they won't help me.

I take it that Tatuaje must have cancelled their advertising contract/sponsorship with HALFWHEEL before releasing the Skinny Monsters.
Right? They just gave the Skinny Hyde a 91 though
Yeah but they did plenty of bashing of the line along the way.

Or perhaps Tat gave in and re-upped the advertising.
Yeah they killed the line up until this point
That entire line is a perfect example of one of the many things that will be killed by the FDA rules.

Could kill events such as CFest too, no more giving away cigars to retailers or the public after August.
You have to pay to get in to CFest, so they're not really giving them away.
I would be willing to bet otherwise.
They'll be able to spin it another way, may have to reinvent it a bit
That could work maybe, but with all the convoluted shit in those 499 pages who knows since their only intent is to destroy the cigar industry.
And yet they seem to be fine with making vodkas that taste like candy

That's a different clinic.
Different body part, too.
You never learned the song in elementary school, the toe bone is connected to the foot bone is connected to the ankle bone is connected to the leg bone is connected to the woody bone.........
No, but it's good you know it, could come up on jeopardy.
I think Ken Jennings won on that question once.

Liquor lobby spends far more money than the cigar lobby.

Another truth!

And still another truth the Liquor Industry pays for their lobbying unlike the bogus Cigar Rights of America which is the Cigar Industry Lobby that the industry wants consumers to pay for.

Nice pricing on some apparently well made leather belts, suitable for holster duty, or so the copy says.

Not just the FDA and Not just Cigars!

FSMA Fínal Rule on Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Foods
Impact of Finalized FSMA Rule on Your Transportation & Logistics Activities

One of the most important parts of the FSMA is the Fínal Rule on Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Food, which has just been finalized on April 5, 2016. It is mandatory for the companies that grow, process, distribute and sell food to comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). Therefore, supply chains are also required to meet the act. Some of the other essential elements of the food supply chain that are required to comply with FSMA laws are logistics companies, transportation companies and third párty logistics providers. In this webinar, our expert speaker Joe Lynch, will provide you with an overview of the FSMA with a focus on the Fínal Rule on Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Food.
