@NJDave, how are the EPC Cabinets? I know you gave me one but I haven't smoked it yet
Don't know if you're still on Fishy, but I enjoy them.  Fairly light and subtle, but  good flavors and good burn.  Good amount of cedar with some pepper, especially later.  A subtle, but hard to place general sweetness present.

Don't know if you're still on Fishy, but I enjoy them.  Fairly light and subtle, but  good flavors and good burn.  Good amount of cedar with some pepper, especially later.  A subtle, but hard to place general sweetness present.
Going to be overshadowed by his more flavorful cousins  out now so will probably  be overlooked.
