Hey BD.
What's new in Sam's World....?
Not a whole lot BD.  just received my $7.50 marble ashtray from a page deal a coupe of days ago.  Pretty nice.  Heavy.
I bought that one, too, though still waiting for it.  Which color did you get?

@NotGolfinDave....how far are you from Bedford OH?  Looks like I have to wander out there next month.
There's only one town between mine and Bedford. That'll be a nice short drive.
But most important question....how far to the nearest decent Lounge  (that is open after 6:00)

You want decent or open? Getting both could be an issue.... jk
Open would probably be a good first qualifier.
Probably this one I found recently, tucked away near my house. Found them when I was looking for those golf cigars Barry was pushing. http://www.perfectashcigars.com/
Also, what will you being doing in Bedford? You guys have an office there?
No, ceramics supplier for a new product being developed at one of my sites.
Ah, gotcha.

G'Morning, Folks... Big Ben, Parliament.
I'll take Football and Disco for $200, Alex.

It was more like European Vacation this morning... around in circles... I just can't get left!
I don't make left turns.  I plan all my driving in right turns.  Let's say you want to make a left turn.  You go straight and make a right turn at the next block, then another right turn at the next block, then a final right turn at the next block, and there you have it, you're going in the direction of the original left turn.

Ahhh... The scenic route. Good thing that new car gets great gas mileage.
Actually it get's terrible gas mileage.  I'd guess 14-15 mpg.  But I'm sure it's due to starting it, let it warm up, and then only driving it maybe 1 mile to where she works.  Everyone keeps telling me how bad that is for a car due to moister not being able to evaporate from the engine reaching the correct operating temperature.  Oh well, not much we can do about no going anywhere...

My wife needed some new shoes, so we stopped at the Shoe Carnival in Fairview Heights.  It was 3:00 in the afternoon, and they were playing Disco and Beach Boys music.  I asked my wife, "Who are they trying to target with this music...?"  The strange thing is, I almost bought my wife some go-go boots...
Gotta love a woman in boots.
Travellin DAve says "women gotta luv a man in boots" ;)
Paired with the cutoffs it says "man gotta luv a man in boots".

I adjusted my wife's headlights this morning...
And the rear view camera, too?
Check the oil?
Change the fluids?
Check the brake pads?
....the list can go on.....
We can't find the mileage on the car.  So I had to get the book out and read how to put it back onto the dashboard.  It has 531 miles, and the oil button say's our oil is at 90%.  When it gets down to 0% it's time for an oil change, but were going to take it in every 6 months which will be in March.

Actually, she's scared to look at it.  She was backing out of a parking space, and kept complaining that she can't tell how close she was to the car parked across from her.  I looked at the camera view, and the car across from her was so far away that it wasn't even in the camera view.  I said, "Oh, I can see very well.  Keep going back..., now ya got it..!"  Not once did she look at the camera view.
I feel like that's probably for the best.

Agreed. Just look to make sure no curtain climbers on tricycles or other animals are there... then navigate normally. ;D
She brakes for squirrels ....!

Mines an amber color, almost orange, but with some yellow in it.

mostly hard on the exhaust system, condensation lays in the pipe and rusts it from the inside out.  also can promote a bit of condensation in the oil, but as long as you get your oil changed on time it shouldn't be a problem.

Next time!?! Sheesh Dave, haven't we all been through enough already... besides, at their rate, they will have had it 20 years before they hit 20,000 miles!  ;D

Somehow I get the impression that it'll be a total loss before then.  ;)
