It's been a sheesh of a day. Heading into my year-end review now.
A bit late in the season, no?
Are the rest of your offices like the NFL, vote on the year's best players after 6 weeks? Sheesh.
My bad, was thinking the submittal of the year-end stuff. Let me save you some time Tony...You Suck!!

Prediction:

"Tony, you have done a great job for us this year and we certainly appreciate all of your efforts, but unfortunately we will, once again, not be able to offer you any type of compensation adjustment. With the current state of the company, we were just not able to do anything in that area. So, you will be getting exactly the same increase this year as last 0%... which will be exactly the same as what the IT guys who are rarely here are getting. Once again, we really appreciate your work. Thank you. Now, GFY and get back to work"
Ray? Is that you?

Huh, interesting that your company does a year end review at the start of the year.  Hi Tony!
How else can you assess the full year?
Except my year-end comments had to be in mid October. And then we talk about it almost 3 months later. It's a fucking joke. But I did very well, thanks for asking.
It takes that long for them to stop laughing about what you said. Congrats on the good review.

Reviews are much more specific. You have to go into all the reasons WHY he sucks, and how he can suck LESS.

Very true.

Funny thing is, the guy they assigned that division to just quit.
