That's exactly what I asked the warden when she wished me a good morning...she answered that I was able to talk to her, so it had to be a good morning.  since I have to live there, had to agree...since I don't live here, GFY!!  >:(       LOL, pot stirred!

wifi is up.
rainy 75° and we need the rain. contractor had plans almost identical to mine. he was surprised and easy to get along with. demolition starts 1st week in January, construction begins after the 11th when the town allows him to apply for all the permits and all are approved.
