Morning LSU, quiet Saturday.  Nice large cup of CDM going here.
Sure I can get it online but not generally available here.  I did see Cafe Du Monde Coffee with Chicory in a nearby store recently.
Very similar, CDM is just a tiny bit darker roast version and usually a little  cheaper in LA. Is what you see in a Yellow Can?
I think they have the orangeish/yellow can as well as the blue can with the french roast.
That French Roast is hard to find outside of the New Orleans area and is really good coffee, no chicory in it.  Yellow can is the real stuff.
I have had both in New Orleans.  I happened to be all stocked up on coffee the last time I saw them both.  Plus I recall them being a little on the pricey side.  I should have picked up a can of each anyway.
Being stocked up on good coffee is like being stocked up on cigars....not gonna happen.
Can't ever have enough coffee, cigars and liquor.

I'm not sure coffee ages well.  Cello on or off?

On for coffee! ;).  The idea with coffee and liquor is to use it not to watch it like cigars.

Put it in the freezer for extended hold time.  Beans also hold longer than ground.

Beingets and coffee at at Cafe de Monde!  Mikey likey and so does the warden.  Even got the T-shirt and coffee mug to prove it.  Do up some Beingets from time to time in the trusty Morton kitchen.

My daughter made some for mother's day.  Haven't been to Cafe de Monde in about 17 years.  I miss it.

Warden took me to lunch for Fathers Day (restaurants are a total nightmare tomorrow). Had me some Grilled Oysters Baton Rouge, Fried Softshell Crabs and good hot French bread.

Now time for a Murcielago and watch golf.

Sounds sweet.  I'm currently at a kid's birthday party.  Don't want to eat out tomorrow either.  TWHS

Last second smoke change SL Bull lit.  Old Chub Scotch Ale to drink.

Don't eat all the birthday cake, but feel free to pick out a cute Mom and eat her.

There were quite a few cute moms there.  And I did have some ice cream cake too.  Overall a success.

Afternoon, muchachos. It's get-rid-of things-I-don't-need-anymore-day. Warden says the kids aren't on the list.

I don't need sobriety anymore - at least not today. Maybe I'll get rid of that.

This space for rent.
