What does that mean?

Yeah, yeah, the last two people get 20 sticks each to smoke.  But the real question is at what marathon herf-in-hell are people going to sit down and smoke 18-20 sticks apiece?

That would be the first time I heard bullets referred to as cigars, but that is a possible explanation.  The humidity must be getting to him.

When I posted it I never gave any thought to it bringing out so much confused posting.
