400 cigars divided by 10 BotL = 40 cigars apiece.
now if 22 Botl's show up, then they only get 18.18 cigars each
or 20 of them get 18 apiece, and 2 get 38.

Yeah, yeah, the last two people get 20 sticks each to smoke.  But the real question is at what marathon herf-in-hell are people going to sit down and smoke 18-20 sticks apiece?
