where is the juice bar, and the free weights....
who am I kidding, what I know about a gym, I learned from TV. 
now rehab after open heart surgery, I vaguely remember.....

it's just a free outdoor community gym, the machines are designed to use your bodyweight for resistance. the incline situp ramp is killing me though. I do 3 reps of 25 on all machines, now I start going just e days a week, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday morning.

Next month we will send Tony down to sit on you so you can increase the mass for more  resistance.

so besides driving the nut bus, and attracting a certain demographic of women, your
skills include driveway demolition, concrete mixing and new driveway construction.

I am a carpenter and mason by trade, retired highway maintenance supervisor and bridge repair supervisor/manager after 30 years with NY State.

A sledge?  Man, you really have a hard idea for living.  I attempted breaking up my front walk with a sledge.  Sixty minutes later I was at the rental place for a jackhammer.

I call bullshit.  He's gonna construct a damned driveway, he cooks for the woman after sex, he's always doing some maintenance project for somebody.  I'm betting they ran him off the road crews, because he was always working instead of standing around with his team watching the apprentice work.
