in NY, my job held the first two week payroll, a two week lag payroll, then got the first payroll in the sixth week.

Certainly some similarities but also some differences. Pool is much closer to the house, bottom floor is finished and you have the bar area by the pool. Extra BR/Baths

You can smoke everywhere but inside the house, beaches included
