Morning BS

Hey, Dave... When you gotta be out of the house?
July 28
So lets start looking for a weekend date in June for your sendoff party/herf.
Mid-June thru mid-July mostly works for sure.  Planned last day of work is July 20 then I will be immediately moving out of the house.  We could be in Austin until the end of August but I will be both places during that period.

Don't requst my forwarding address because I have no Fuk'n idea where it might be. :o
Turn left at the crick, right after the fifth pine tree on your left, stop when you hit water.

Lets float either the weekend of June 16 or 23.  Hopefully Bean will be allowed out, Dean can manage a road trip and  Tony, Fishy et al may even be able to make it.  (Tony can combine it with a Waco trip!)

Ha! Around here, the 'ol timers in the country like to give "historical" landmarks as reference...

"Turn right where the Piggly Wiggly used to be..." or "Where so-and-so's Barn was..."

I would love that but doubt I could make it happen this year. I'll have to catch Tex in SC, somewhere down the road.

What to eat for breakfast if you want to have a productive day

Sounds promising:  According to William Cole, who specialises in nutrition, what we should be eating first thing is a little more unusual.

He told Mind, Body, Green that a breakfast crammed with fat is the key to maintaining energy levels throughout the day, and eating this way will make you more productive.

Well, hope you did not get too excited!  (The old if it sounds too good to be true then .....,.,)

So what does that mean food wise? William’s best breakfast is an avocado, salmon and two poached eggs served on a sweet potato.

Yep, sorry to report there is no bread, beans or sausage involved. He does advise toasting the potato.
Sounds great, just need a personal chef to throw that together for me
I just finished up something as close as I could to that one using ingredients I had available.  Fried Egg, nice fried thick slice of smoked ham and some hash browns
Thinking I'm going to do that as breakfast for dinner tonight.

Steak and eggs sounds delish. Especially if it's on parm frico eggs.

or the diriections to the Hekawi camp in F Troop, They live an indeterminate distance from Fort Courage, though the directions to their camp are described as: "Make right turn at big rock that look like bear, then make left turn at big bear that look like rock"

June 18 is Fathers Day so that day is out, after all one can't do something he really wants to do on Father's Day.  23rd looks all clear.
