Lot of Northeasterners and Californian's come here house hunting during spring break.

Winter break for us is the week after next. Then they have another week for Spring break sometime in April. It's a sham.

Yeah, but you may have used alternative math... 

I'm old.  I just learned math without alternatives, common core...or calculators and computers for that matter....did have a slide rule!  Only learned one kind of facts as well, but that's a separate discussion.
