Ya. Maybe I'll get a better one eventually. At the rate I'm buying em to get my monster orders over $50, I should be OK for a couple months anyway.:)
They usually last a couple of months or so.  Xikar cutters are good and not unreasonably priced plus when they go dull send it back and they will send you a new one for life.
Entry price around 25 bucks it seems?

I think the V cut improves the PC, actually. .
I V cut almost everything and so does Tony
It seems the benefit is a more concentrated draw and flavor?

That is a fact.

I got all kinds of cutters but this is the one I use the most, been using it for about 10 years.

I also use a 5 Star Perforator sometimes on 50+ RG cigars.

Scissors work great but good ones are pretty expensive

Not bad at 45 bucks... Lists big rings tho. Can it be used on smaller RG?

Yeah, it has two smaller holes and two larger ones.  I v cut 38 RG Lanceros with it all the time you just have to hold the cigar rather than rest it in the holder.

I took some time off and was often using a straight cut but now I'm back.  :)

If you'd like to remove the "Sent from..." from your posts, let me know. I think I have a doc somewhere that explains how to do it and I can email it to you. I'll eventually get around to adding it to the help link above.

Ya. I just put that app on my phone. Not sure I'm a fan. It's nice to know when there is a reply, though, rather than refreshing all the time. Somehow it has defaulted to sending notifications to two of my email accounts, though. I'm going to want to fix all that.

Famous has a good price on Amazon Basin boxes @ $109 and it would be a great price with the coupon but the bastards will not honor the coupon on them.

Tried putting a 5r of something cheap with them and it said the eligible item had to exceed. The cost of the non eligible item.
Got the same error. Like I said, if you like them $109 is still a great deal.
$109 is great but it is the principle of tha damn thing, sorry bastards.  And I do like them.

I have this simple stainless cutter I've had for about 10 years and it still cuts great, but I bought a Xikar V cutter early last year and I will need to send it back soon, starting to get ragged cuts. that Cigar Perforator looks interesting. I prefer small punch myself, just don't have one.
