Strange jam though.  Usually the very first deal only lasts 1 minute (TWSS) but this first "deal" has already been going 45.  I wonder if it's a sign as to what the rest of the jam will bring?

Love Handles
-------------------------

One day as Monica Lewinsky was walking along the beach awaiting her Senate
trial testimony, she came upon an ornate bottle that had washed up on
shore. Curious, she picked it up, brushed off the sand, and lo and behold
a genie popped out.

"Greetings, Miss Lewinsky," the genie said. "Since you have released me,
I will grant you one wish."

"Well," Monica replied, "I'm going to be on television alot for a while,
and I want to look my best. I wish you would get rid of these love
handles."

"Your wish is my command," said the genie. A wave of his hands, a puff of
smoke...

And her ears promptly fell off.

I am concerned about the $3000 worth of fly fishing equipment in one of those checked bags and the reason it was checked is because after carrying it on 4 previous flights the Grand Cayman Airport security said the fly rods (4 piece travel rods 25" long in tubes) could be used as weapons and made me take them from the security checkpoint back to the ticket counter and check them.

If you want a real LOL I missed that anniversary as I flew a corporate plane back then  and made a planned quick round trip to Memphis that day but the Fuk'n plane had an electrical problem and had to stay overnight to get it fixed.g  Seems like I heard that story about 9 times last week, 40 years and still pissed.

On this day in 1975  I got married.
Yeah, apparently a lot of bad things happened on this date according to Chip's history lessons... Elvis died, Babe Ruth died, and a bunch of airline crashes too.  Glad you flew safe yesterday.  And like TravellinDave said, better that they lost luggage on the way back and not the way there.
No wonder they can't think straight on a day to day basis, got their minds filled up with all that worthless junk (and associated embellishments)

My daughter had me watching HGTV "Fixer Upper" that's in Waco.  Talented team, unbelievably affordable prices (by NJ standards) and far better craftsmanship.
Yeah, that's the one that's got my wife wanting to move there.  That Joanna is easy on the eyes too so I don't mind watching.
Yes, you two would do well in Texas...... ::)
Maybe you could get a place next to this other New Jersian...

Well schitt, guess I should have been looking there for those NR's.  That's going to put my cheapy cheapo designation in jeopardy.
They have nice deals on MF's sometimes too.

I'm heading out to my brother's place for a bit.  See yuz later.
Have a good time, Mr. Mayor.
Hey Mark, you a Nica Rustica fan and is the current CI Black Friday a good offer?
I ain't Mark but that is about the same as the usual Jam price of 5/$25.  Good Cigar though.
VacationDave!  From your photos, looks like you had a great vacation.
Wonderful vacation except for the Fuk'n airline going and returning.

Sometimes they have those NR's on the Monster/Mash @ 5/25 and you can use Catsrule if you buy 2 or more.
Appreciate the reminder about catsrule code.  Don't always remember that.
Sometimes the bastiges price them 5/$24.99 or .98 so you have to buy 3 to get the discount.
How much does castrule discount the order?  I haven't paid much attention to Famous in a while.
17% off of purchase of $50 or more.
Well schitt, guess I should have been looking there for those NR's.  That's going to put my cheapy cheapo designation in jeopardy.
Nah, we'll look at the long term performance and ignore and isolated hiccup.

Thanks Short Stack, always great to hear from you.  Vacation place was not for everybody but just what we were looking for.  Has to be the most peaceful place on earth with temperatures above 60 year round and has electricity and running water.  Also perhaps the best diving location in the world and unquestionably in the top 3.  Good fishing also.

Think I'll join you.  Have a tropical cocktail mixed, so at least I can dream of the Caribbean.
