Decided on a raspberry thumbprint corona.
Is that taste still there? ...or was it a unique combination with the pizza, beverages and Somerville that made that tasting unique?
I think it must have been the extraordinary company

Could have been. But I'm keeping in great company today too. Nice to have some alone time.

I'll respond to Dave's question in a few.  Haven't actually put fire to the cigar yet. Had to finish up a couple of cover letters first.

How the hell did she survive before Mr. Do It All arrived?

So she can't count AND has lousy taste in men?

Sorry, couldn't resist. Morning, Deano.

To be more precise, I lit a short corona gorda. It had definite barnyard aroma on the prelight. The cold draw has those classic tobacco flavors, almost Cubanesque.

Once I lit the cigar I tasted the raspberry thumbprint cookies right away in the retrohale. No joke. It's also got a good amount of white pepper spice in the middle of the tongue.

I absolutely love this stick. Flawless DE construction, draw, and burn with voluminous clouds of smoke.

I'm drinking a sparkling water to clense the palate.

If this was just last month, maybe your influence isn't so good. Get that woman a pre-paid card!

After the first inch the flavors remain but the pepper has subsided. Ash fell off by itself after about an inch and a half.

better yet, I created a spreadsheet listing her income and her bills, due dates, balances, and when to pay what when their SS and pension checks come in. one check the 1st of the month, one the 3rd, and one the 3rd Wednesday. she SHOULD have quite a bit left over if she doesn't spend stupidly. told her she has to do exactly as I've written out or else she's on her own again and they close her bank account.
