I refused to get into a pissing match and calmly as I could explained my plan. apparently they cater to the 'rich' people first, and let the 'poor' wait. I did have Duke Energy, the FD, and the State on my side, but looks like I will ride a desk inputting updates and answering phones as needed. So who has last say in this clusterf*ck?Truth is, that is part of the problem - nobody knows so everybody thinks they are. They contract some of us out to FEMA and loan us to the State DOT's for hurricanes and I have done plenty of them, it is a giant clusterfuck Brownie! One thing those who grew up in the South do not appreciate is yankees and Californians leaving their fk'd up states only to tell their new neighbors things should be done like they did them from whence they came. The fuckin' hicks just don't like hearing that.there isn't a single native Floridian on the board in Inglis/Yankeetown!
