I wonder if this is covered under Obamacare?

Oh my dear God.  That is the most absurd thing I've ever heard.  A nurse is required to make sure the baby is safe?  The nurse is already in the damned room, and they already paid for that.  Medical billing is thievery.

Well then here is you one that will exponentially out absurd that one.

The Obama administration is setting a goal of eliminating traffic fatalities and injuries in the United States within the next 30 years.

Transportation Department officials laid out a plan Wednesday that would focus first on promoting efforts such as increased seat belt use, the use of rumble strips and campaigns against drunken and distracted driving.

The rapid introduction of self-driving cars and other advanced technologies makes it possible to achieve the zero deaths goal, the department said in a statement. Fully autonomous vehicles hold the potential to eliminate human error, which is a factor in 94 percent of crashes, according to the department.

Well, I'd find that less absurd than tacking a charge for holding one's own newborn. And as a motorcyclist I'm all for anything that makes cagers pay attention and gives me better odds against their obliviousness.

But, all that said...yeah...Obama's overreach knows no bounds apparently.

Sure. But 98% of what the executive branch does is total bullshit...regardless who's president. Even when Ronald Reagan was in office, 98% of what the executive branch did was bullshit.
