Time to start thinking about lunch.
Thought you started that right after breakfast... ;)
I did. But I was looking for suggestions. About to go make a The Home Depot run.
So what is near the Home Depot?  Chipotle?
which Home Depot, the one on Dayton Ave, has Enterprise zone half taxes.
May not be worth the trip if you are just getting some nails or screws...
I'm headed to Lodi. Not even sure I'm making a purchase.

Sounds like you're just making an excuse to get out of the house... totally understand.  ;)
Good point.  May as well take a swing by the liquor store as well.  Window shopping never hurt anyone and you will need to start stocking up on cocktail fixins for October.

Speaking of liquor... I had some El Dorado 12 year rum over the weekend. Very good and reasonably priced.

Also, beers with the BIL produced some nice finds including a Damnation by Russian River. He got some on his last trip to San Diego.

you mean JWacky left some for other people to buy?

I know... shocking. The BIL works for a local distributor, so he's going on brewery tours pretty regular. Just back from Vermont not too long ago where he visited Heady Topper... pretty limited, so grateful to help him drink his "souvenirs".
You have a couple of decent places down in your neck of the woods, Terrapin, SweetWater, Red Brick, Jekyll, and Three Taverns.

No shortage of beers to be found there.  In fact I head out on Sunday.

Absolutely. Lotsa breweries out there in SD. Believe this is actually Santa Rosa? Just more opportunity to find it out there.

Still worried about the Terrapin buy from Coors. We'll see. Sweetwater is quality stuff. Owner actually lives in Colorado and belongs to some big lodge/club in Big Sky Country somewhere. BIL has been twice on fishing trips. aka work.  ;)

There's actually a smallish place making some good stuff pretty close to home. A lot of sour offerings right now... http://www.burnthickorybrewery.com/

Guess I've totally lost interest in the Jam offerings...
Doesn't look like you're missing anything.

So, Golf... I know it's probably been a few weeks, but what was your review of the new Ghostbusters?

A. Not Bad
B. Bad
C. Wish I would have saved my money and time
Well, it was a work thing, so it was free. Definitely didn't waste my money. Lol. But I enjoyed it, and more than I thought I would, actually. It was well-acted, funny, visually cool, since it was 3D. There was only one part at the end I didn't care for, but that's just me being picky. Overall, I'd give it 8/10.

Santa Rosa and Russian River Valley are up in San Francisco area.  Microbreweries are growing, but still a wine first area.

Just as I'm concerned over the Corona (or whomever the parent company is) purchase of Ballast Point.

I wouldn't mind having this t-shirt, but I doubt that I could wear it anywhere except a cigar gathering.
