I'm in staid, conservative, plain-jane Round Rock/Williamson County, he's in trendy, liberal, fru-fru West Austin/Travis County.  And the weather can be just as different as the politics.
And I am very near the lake which in itself has its on weather patterns.

We are probably around 40 miles apart.

I'm at soccer practice with the boys. We just came back from football practice. Giving the wife the day off. After all, it's the life I've made her accustomed to. I'm rethinking taking tomorrow "off".
