I have the budget for the deer rifle, and possibly another black rifle, but that's it. Got $10K going into a real estate deal today, and that will be tied up about 90 days.

The Dumbass...er, I mean, the Donald has little to fear from me. But confidence is fairly high in this deal. It could wipe out all my debt except the mortgage (I don't have much debt compared to the average American - $14k total, excluding the mortgage.)
