sounds very healthy, I had the other half of a egg cheese and turkey bacon hero
from breakfast(with some peppers and sauteed spinach).

They are getting ready to replace my computer so guess I will have to take a break and go mobile for a while.

All done, a bunch faster for express post whoring.

Pittsburgh, been there a couple of times for the International Bridge Conference.   Ate at some good place one time on top of the hill over the river near an old tram.

It's the place to be if bridges are your thing.. About 446 total around the city... Sounds like you were on Mt. Washington -- Monterey Bay Fish Grotto perhaps?

Been about 7 or 8 years and sure can't remember the name, old building looked sort of like an old house at one time.

A guy that used to live there took me to it but otherwise I was a tourist!
