Hi Bean....  I hate starting work at 5:30 am...  I had a shift once from 5:00 am till 1:30 pm, and I thought it would be great.  Get the day over with and still have all afternoon to play.  The problem was, I'd fall asleep around 4:30 pm and take an hour nap, then could not go back to sleep until around 12:00 am, 1:00 am, and 2:00 am.  Since I had to get up at 3:30 am, I started getting 3 1/2 or less sleep a night.  By the end of the week I was a zombie.  I did this for a little over a year, and I feel like I've been tired ever since....
