big boss, just served two very big ice cream cakes to her staff, to thank us for all the hard workin some recent hardware migrations.... yes it's cold outside now, but it still tasted good.
Well, something caught Bean's attention.
This Centurian is wonderful it's salty and meaty and smooth as silk. I was expecting a pepper powerhouse that I don't care for, but got this plesant surprise. after the first 1/3 I do get a lingering pepper on the finish. Flavors are in that leather and cedar spectrum with some sweetness added on.
