Every time I check the weather for Sunday, it gets colder. We're down to a low of 14. Gonna have significant shrinkage the instant I get out of the hot tub.

You're right.  Sounds like wrong Antibiotic or wrong strength.  Problem is if you only knock it down a bit, it comes back with a bigger punch.
