@ Travellin Dave - you got to luv this headline:

"South Carolina shocked at home by Kentucky 26-22"
Just imagine the campus of Auburn if they had lost, I bet their fans were ready to lynch the entire team and coaching staff after that game.
South Carolina is always "SHOCKED", even when they had an 0-11 season they were always SHOCKED when they lost.

Bet the Irish are wishing they had another seasoned QB still in the fold.

Got to enjoy the end of that game when I got home.
I even loved it when KY was just taking a knee to rub it in.  Even though I hate KY too though.

Morning Chip and Dave.
Morning Dave, have a nice visit with the Daughter?
Yes Indeed.  Watched the game then went out for a nice dinner.  Had to get me my crab fix.
Nice!

I never did learn to eat those so I have had crab meat maybe once but never even had a blue crab or king.

Time to head home from work and enjoy some good grass cutting time.
Grass Cutting sure beats real work to me!  I got to mow this morning myself.
Indeed!

Wow, that is pretty rare for born and raised south of I-10 in LA!  I luv blue crabs and eat  crab every chance I get.  We are usually a pile to get live crabs a few times a year here and have a nice boil.

Heavy dew so waiting on the grass to dry here, cool this morning though.

Blue crab is a bit of work, so I usually have a fresh crab cake or something along those lines.  Couple of restaurants there have great crab mac & cheese.

Best way to have crab like that is when you have all evening with plenty of wine or beer.

Crab Cakes are wonderful but boiled crabs are like crawfish and it is all about the total experience not just the meat.  Cooking, drinking and having fun is the idea,

Also had a nice selection of oysters to start the meal.  Prefer east coast selections (more briny) over west coast.

Summertime softshell crabs are also a treat.  Just throw one of those suckers on a roll and have at it.
