Morning Invisible Mayor wherever you are lurking from.
Good morning right back atcha.
LOL, always fun to wake you up.
Always fun to be aroused.   ;)
Maybe you two should arrange for a little rendezvous in Charleston or something.
Speaking of rendezvous, did we ever figure out when the next NJHerf is?
Didn't know that it was in the planning.  Give me some general idea as my dance card is starting to fill up.
Originally we had talked about this week some time but Fish wasn't sure because of his kids going back to school.  I may still be able to do tomorrow night, but no promises.  What's 3B's schedule?
He might be available.  Depends on how many cats he can lasso today.

iPad  Pro - Must have ASAP
Yeah no shit, so badass!

That bastard will run AutoCAD, Jeezus
But wtf is the price? ::)
I'm predicting the low end being 799-999 - they need to undercut the Surface to have any chance.  And it still runs the mobile OS, which is a flaw - they need to work on integrating programs into the mobile better.
Yeah I was thinking $800 or so maybe $900 but it is fully capable of replacing most latptops with that real keyboard.
So they're stealing from Microsoft again?

Those commie bastards can do some absolutely amazing productions that is for damn sure.  They are constructing their second largest facility right here in Austin now, will employ over 6000.
So there are jobs there?
Supposed to hire +/- 3000
The minus is what gives me pause.

@ Mayor Tony

Updated: Mon, Sep 07 2015, 01:06 PM

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -- Apple Inc. is quietly building a home away from home.

The Austin American-Statesman reports that the tech giant is transforming a 38-acre wooded lot into its second largest global operation.

In line to receive $35 million in tax incentives from the city, county and state for its Austin expansion, Apple has pledged to create 3,600 new jobs while retaining at least 3,100 existing jobs.

If Apple reaches those hiring figures, it would make it the second-largest technology employer in Central Texas behind Dell Inc., which has about 14,000 local workers.

When Apple completes its Austin campus next year, it will boast 1.1 million square feet of space including restaurants, a gym and a wellness center.
