Good mornin gents
Morning CG
Good mornin Tex, how was the weekend?
Mostly nice weekend, son was home for a visit and enjoyed that, ate too much good food.  Warden was on my nerves as much as humanly possible.
I swear they consider it an art form.
I asked mine last night why she did something (specifically reading some stupid b.s. junk mail out loud to me while I was watching the football game) and her exact response was "to get on your nerves".   Fuk!  I said that seems to be your only purpose left in life and went to bed.
typical warden. I think they have a special school they go to to learn that stuff.
Do NOT follow this Advice!  :o Warden insists on doing all the driving, and for about the last 12 years, I just let her.  However she has this habit, of not passing a slow moving car, but pulling up to it's bumper, slowing down to it's speed, and wonder why she can pass with ease, now that she is doing 45, and everyone else is doing 70mph.  I have mentioned it countless times to no avail.  a few weeks ago, she did it again, and I told her I could no longer get mad at her, for doing that.  Said, she must be mentally challenged, and she is too stupid to notice the car in front of her is driving much slower than our vehicle.  It must take some form of higher math like calculus, to notice that the space between the two cars is rapidly diminishing from 20 car lengths, to 15, to 12 to 10..... told her since she only went to Beauty school, after high school, I couldn't expect her to be aware of the world around us, like those who went to college. Two things happened, she got incredibly angry, and she stopped this obnoxious habit. She drove to Nashville, like a champ, got out from behind slow moving cars, when she was still at highway speeds, and 12 car lengths behind them.  8)
I do not ride in the car with the warden at the wheel unless I am way too drunk to drive.
Warden complains so much when I drive, that it is quieter, just to let her drive.  Plus we have his & hers cars, and tend to take hers more.

Fried egg and cheese on a Kaiser roll, a little salt & pepper.  only thing more New York, is a roll with butter or a bagel with cream cheese.  Don't get me started on a bialy.  8)  Good morning boys, school starts, so I'm  back at work early, my youngest catches a ride with me to the train.  So now I am in the office by 8am.
flip should probably clarify that his "youngest" is older than Tony  ;D
I am not a Dave, my youngest is 17 and just got her drivers license.  but I don't like any pet more than my kids...
this last week would have been my 34 anniversary if I was still hitched to the ex-wife.  So my older children are 33 and 31.
hey Flip.
I've been married 39 years, just not to the same woman. hahaha.
6 on, 6 years off, 21 on and counting....  8)
I'm a 3 time loser, no 4th, EVER.
No because that would be insane.
Einstein's definition of Insanty - Doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results...
Sort of like sitting here watching this Jam
There's a jam going on?

Especially on a long drive, I couldn't do that.  We've driven down to Miami on several occasions and I do 100% of the driving.  She knows to keep her back-seat driver comments to herself.

speaking of his car, got the 2006 Lexis IS 250 AWD fixed.  Alpha after market warranty, up side only cost me $100 for a water pump replacement, as well as both rear axles.  Saved $7,400.00 over dealer service, and $2,200 on actual repair cost. down side, took them a couple of days to get to inspect the car, and approve work, and no Lexis loaner car.  ::)

My warden is not shy, nor will she pass up a chance to complain, ever.  97% of what she talks about is usually a complaint.  have tuned much out, but then you risk the chance of not hearing the 3% of information that is actually useful(your family called, etc).
