Just got back from a steroid injection for a herniated disc, hopefully in a couple days it will provide some relief. Interesting experience

Hope it does better for you than it did with my treatment....then again mine wasn't back.  Not particularly pleasant experience.

My last one was in the knee. 3 weeks later I was back in his office scheduling getting it 'scoped.

I'm trying to avoid a micro discectomy, if this provides some relief I'll be able to resume working out and actually get into some respectable shape which will also help. May have to cut back on the delicious stouts and porters for a bit. WTF?
