Maybe we need to send Tony over to get a 'professional' review

If you willingly wait in line an hour for ice cream, I want to punch you in the brain.
One of those places just opened up in my vicinity. We hadn't heard of it. The family discussed going in, but just looking at the place you could tell it was going to be overpriced. We opted instead for a half-gallon of Tillamook French Vanilla and got the A&W growler filled. A third of the price and we had floats and shakes for days.

Wait, wait wait... a half gallon lasted for days... for a family? My calculations are waaaay off.  ;D
Well, gotta remember that the wife and I don't eat much of it, both trying to stay slim. Then you have to remember that there were quarts of other flavors already in the freezer. Then remember that it's a rare week the boys don't each whip up a batch of cookies or brownies.  So, yeah, a half-gallon actually made it to the third day.

Goes for BBQ as well.  But don't tell that to the Franklin's snobs, they'll just look at you funny.

Except they wait 4 + hours in line there
Crap, you can practically smoke your own roast in that time.

Off to do some edging - actually lots of edging.  Got a corner lot.
Got a corner lot myself. What a pain in that ass that is.
Got that extra sidewalk.  Nearest neighbor has about 1/3 less.

Probably ribs. A butt is closer to 3x... Point taken though.

That part I will not agree with, it is beyond good brisket but there are a few lesser known places including the one he worked at and stole the recipes from that are as good.
