I got a brown box from CI yesterday that had 10 Fallen Angel Corona's in it but I sure as hell don't remember ordering them .  Glad to get them though.
CI let me keep them in my cart, still there I should pull the trigger. Never smoked one before though
I have smoked a lot of  the Toros but never a corona.
Same here, would be interested in your take on them when you try one.
i'm betting they will taste like a cigar, my pallet has not improved with all those Gurkhas I've smoked. 8)
Yes, but how is your palate after all those gurks?
DaveDave can tell how NOT to handle the knives.

Interesting lunch.  Boss stopped in and asked if I wanted to go to the market with him to pick up some lunch and I decided to ride along, halfway there he decided we should just go out to lunch, so we went to the Big Fish restaurant where I just had a really good Angus burger.  Friday's picking up!

I have my temporary registration and plate. at Bryant's for a haircut.

woohoo. I'm a Floridian now!
You got a FL Drivers License?
yep, Monday got my Florida insurance and license, today my temporary registration and tag. woohoo. if it wasn't raining I'd have a celebratory cigar.
I thought you had a covered area for smoking?  Was that the old place?  I get confused.
I thought it was portable...

you can eat the buffalo, not exactly the toughest thing to hunt though.  they just stand there in large herds.  I think my youngest brother paid like $500 for the ability to shoot one on Ted Turner's ranch out in Montana.  he did say they just stand there, so he used an antique black powder rifle to make it sporting.   good morning boys...
Did he eat it?  Good morning, Flip.
of course, he even ate the mountain lion that he shot.  buffalo is very lean red meat,
just don't over cook it.  my other brothers father in law would go bear hunting, and they would
butcher the bear and make bear chili.   my maternal grandfather used to go hunting with a ladder
and make pasta with baby birds he took from the nest.
Baby pigeons?  Do they even exist?  I think they hatch as adults.  I've seen millions of pigeons in my life and never a baby one.  Hmmm.
Just like squirrels.

nope starlings or robins.  would occasionally take him to the live chicken market on Bay Street in Staten Island for squab, and other such things, sometimes a chicken. this is the same grandfather who I brought a 16lb lobster to.
You live in the part of NJ without a grocery store or something? ;)
no, they paid more for the live chickens then for the "fresh" ones in the grocery store.  this is the
same grandfather who would love to forage for mushrooms, but would get lost in the woods occasionally he was all of
four feet tall. it was easier to go with him earlier in the morning across the street, then to go looking for him later on.

LOL, yeah, i suppose it would look odd, and I usually get some sort of seafood there, but saw the Angus burger on the menu, have never had a bad meal there, and decided to try it.  Good move as it seems they know how to cook beef as well as fish.
