Chipotle suggestion has earned you a personal message - GFY
  • Salad?  Blah!

  • Lasagna? Not generally a fan of Italian food from a church basement.

  • Salmon?  Much better fish in the sea.

  • Veggie Lasagna?  Really?  Are we even going to address this one?

Therefore, even Chipotle sounds like a better alternative today.  That's my opinion.  And thanks for the GFY.
It is a Catholic Church thus Eyetalian approved and lunch is not in the basement, they feed the homeless down there.  As to the desserts today - they suck.  I do luv lasagna though but not necessarily the veggie variety.
As to Chipotle - cant think of anything that sounds worse than that.
Eh, it still beats hell out of McDonald's.

Understood.  At risk of confirming for all my banter brothers what an asshole I am...

I'm first generation Italian.  Most Italian-Americans in the NYC area aren't "real" Italians according to me.  They're the ones that pronounce ricotta as "rah-gawt" instead of "ree-co-ta".  Besides, a "real" Italian knows that lasagna shouldn't have ricotta in it at all.

One last editorial note:  I can't stand being around "real" Italians, the kind residing in Italy.  That includes the members of my family.  The week I spent there in the beginning of June couldn't end quickly enough.

You "real" Italians are way too hung-up on pronunciations of your precious foods, you should concentrate more on your punctuality
