Hemingway Classic fired up on the patio enjoying a nice cool breeze

A cool breeze would be nice, feels like temp of 102°, to hot to cut anymore grass today and I had to settle for a shower to cool off a bit.

Any possibility of a smoke today for you, Chip?

Pool swept and chemicals tested.  Yard mowed and it is kick back for the rest of the day I hope.  Going to have an AF Hemingway here shortly then some ground salmon patty hamburgers for lunch.

Mmmm that sounds pretty good and I usually only enjoy my salmon raw.

I don't eat raw fish of any kind!!!!  Store here makes 6 oz  salmon hamburger patties with green chili peppers and spices in them that are wonderful on the grill.

They sounds perfect unless you overcook them.  #ILoveSushi

I don't overlook fish I just don't eat it raw or near raw.

Its a down south rule I believe, no raw fish here either.

I like everything raw; fish, meat, shellfish, women, etc. etc.

Probably stems from my parents introducing me to raw shellfish and tartar at an early age.  You wouldn't believe the stuff I've ingested.

I do eat steaks almost raw, charred on the outside and room temp in the middle is about perfect.

It is hot as hell in the sun here but very nice with the breeze in the shade.  I got my mowing finished about 9:45 and it was hot as hell then in the sun.
