ZIONSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — Police were at the home of Subway spokesman Jared Fogle on Tuesday morning.
A heavy police presence, including the FBI were outside of the home in Zionsville, a suburb of Indianapolis.

It was not clear what the investigation was about. However, two police with dogs were seen entering the home.
In April, Russell Taylor was arrested for three counts of possession of child pornography, three counts of child exploitation and three counts of voyeurism.
I'm all for post whoring and even encourage it. Further, I always enjoy the totally random topics on this board. With that said, WTF? I am missing the context around this particular post.
The context is our ongoing criticism of the celebrity culture that pervades American society. Jared Fogle is a minor example of someone who became famous under dubious circumstances and is making a fortune on his own self-exploitation. Except he wasn't paying attention to business and one of his mouthpieces - the Russell Taylor mentioned in the quote - got caught with contraband material. Now it appears the authorities are suspicious of Fogle too. There's your context, Tony. We're just doing our bit to point out that celebrities are full of shit, whether they are in the entertainment, corporate, or political domain. We used to joke about politicians that it's easy to tell when they're lying - their lips move. But the truth is far simpler and far broader: celebrity itself is a lie, and the celebrated are simply confidence artists of low quality.
