Honestly forgot about it. This week went by very quickly for me. This is great news, however.

Boiler is working hard this morning. Already have the temp turned down a degree to give it a little bit of a rest between runs.

I think the same way you do, but my boiler guy tells me that these new furnaces have an internal thermostat and shut themselves off, as not to run too hot. I'm not sure I buy it.

Mine has told me the same thing. My problem is whenever I hear it do that, I start panicking, thinking something is wrong. So I prefer it to run unencumbered. It's running so often, you don't feel that degree anyway.

Looks like my weekend plans are officially cancelled due to the impending storm. That blows. I always look forward to the Conference Championships. It's supposed to be so cold, I don't even foresee spending any more time outdoors than I have to. Not even to have a cigar.
