Speaking of cigar talk, I'm almost through my long sojourn through poverty after paying for work on the motorcycle. I have $56.99 in my fun-money account. Course, that has to get me through to July 1, but I'm getting close to being able to buy some cigars again.

Morning, muchachos.

This space for rent.
Good MOrning Taco.

I ordered something new yesterday.  Been evaluating pocket pistoli's for a while, normally not a problem for me just which Glock but in a pocket model I do want a real safety!  Yike, guy shot a hole in his britches and 4 people in the Waldorf Astoria in NY this weekend cause his pocket pistolli went off.

After much deliberation and a super special advertised yesterday ordered me an M&P Shield 9mm.   Never been an M&P fan but the shield is really nice and reliable while barely larger than an LC9 Ruger.  Came down to the LC9, Baretta Nano and the Sheld and I rated the Shield #1.  Shield also holds 8 in the magazine.   Trigger is not the best and too heavy but there is a nice Apex kit to resolve that issue.
Good choice. My dad has an LC and I hate it. I probably need to look into a pocket gun of some sort.

Speaking of which, last week I had to sit through an hour long seminar on our agency's active-shooter response. Run, Hide, Fight if you have to.  We get our policies from Captain Obvious. Funny that they never mentioned personal carry. Not a word.

I hope everyone had a nice weekend.  Sorry I don't have more to add in the cigar or beverage dept.  I didn't have either yesterday (except a McD's caramel frappe only cause I had an expiring coupon & it was hot out).  I did have a good Cohiba Nicaraguan Sat. afternoon. Later in the evening ... maybe my tastebuds were off, but I had an AB Black Market that just did not taste good ... I stuck with it quite aways, but half way through, it wasn't getting any better & had to chuck it.

I have to admire the heroism of those who don't carry weapons. And no, I'm not being sarcastic. To be willing to gamble that your wits and physical strength are sufficient to save your hide from someone willing to kill with any means necessary is truly brave.

I'm not that brave. I carry weapons.

... Ha, TR ... "personal carry" ... I don't, but would be happy if there were plenty of well trained people around me, who were ... in an active shooter situation.

Alright! Atsamaboy, atsamaboy. Sorry about LSU.  The game was on at the same time as the Nats ... once it got to a certain point, I focused on the Nats ... Max Scherzer had a perfect game going into the 7th when he gave up a bloop, broken bat single that the second baseman just couldn't quite reach. He walked someone in the 9th, but came away with a 1 hit complete game shutout (4-0) against the Brewers.  He seemed just as happy that we finally split a series after the recent slide. Good team player ... got a hit also, himself.

This blows.  The soil seems to be getting worse, the deeper they dig.
well the insurance can't say there wasn't a leak now...
Sure they can.  They only cover it if the tank is the issue not if a pipe or fitting caused it.
Tony, sorry to hear about your leakage problem, seriously. Hope it was not in those other parts, tanks be to God.

For those (and it might be everyone on here but me and maybe KC) that have never purchased from Cuenca Cigars in Hollywood, FL (Ft Lauderdale Area) I highly recommend giving them a try, fair prices and super service.  I ordered soem Las Calaveras from them on Thursday morning around 8:00,  paid for standard shipping and got the cigars via Priority Mail on Saturday.   Have bought from them occasionally over the past 4 or 5 yeas and their prices are very fair and service is spectacular.  Family operation with a fabulous Cigar Lounge (that is how I found them, someone told me about it when I was in the area several years ago)

Out of Corona's but Still In Stock with Toro 5 paks @ $56 + $7 Shipping  Sold out of boxes.
