What the hell kind of ERP system to they have over there....sheesh

Backordered items on CigarBid.com occur for a few reasons. In some cases, inventory is miscounted or misrepresented because of quality assurance concerns in the Fulfillment Center.
 
You were originally charged for the lots won and then you were refunded as soon as we realized that we were not going to be able to ship the item to you. So the struggle will be finding an equal
