Every thing I've seen of him gives me no hope for that. This team makes it very hard to be a fan.

Not to mention they're currently trying to strong arm the Ohio government into giving them $600 million for a new domed stadium in a Cleveland suburb. Don't worry, lots of it would come from money previously assigned to education.
