Morning, humps. Happy PayDayWednesday.
Good morning, my friend. I knew it was coming, but it's always nice to hear that payday is near.
I wonder if my bank has reverted my payday back to Thursday for some reason, because my check isn't in there today like it has been.
Turns out, there's an issue with the bank our company uses, so that's the reason for the delay. So PayDayWednesday should still be a thing going forward.

Today is Wednesday, April 16, the 106th day of 2025
with 259 to follow.

In 1990, Dr. Jack Kevorkian helped in his first assisted suicide. In December, he was charged with murder for the death of a woman with Alzheimer's disease, who died using his so-called suicide machine in June.
Interesting timing, as we were just discussing assisted suicide at dinner last night. Something the middle kid was talking about because she was thinking of using it in an essay argument she needed to make.
A neighbor already has plans to go to Switzerland (where it's legal) when it's time.

The problem is that often, we don't know when it's time.

Good morning, ClemsonDave.

Thought this was and Interesting fluff article about Gene Roddenberry.  Didn't know his background before Star Trek and didn't know he wrote these two other shows.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/tv/news/star-trek-s-gene-roddenberry-created-two-forgotten-sci-fi-shows-years-after-his-death/ar-AA1CYvfZ?ocid=msedgntp&pc=DCTS&cvid=41205a0eec0c4716aea6652ffce31f5c&ei=42
That is very interesting, indeed.
