Private park.

Good morning guys. Coffee and an AF Curlyhead Deluxe maduro robusto.
Packing for a day at the beach, going into the 90's again.
Don't forget your Banana Boat!
And your Cialis in case that special moment arrives
Ha, a public beach? Not today, or maybe tonight.

Coffee ready, nice Joya Red to start the day in NJ.
Put a couple of tablespoons of vinegar in that first cup of coffee.
If that ever happens, I have nobody to blame but myself... so it will never happen.
At least until you start losing your marbles

Not today it isn't.  I'm sure Cigar Rights of America pulled a permit.

That sounds right.  Also the La Palina guy is one of the sponsors and the park has the same name, so I'm guessing there is a connection there.

5th Annual Legal Outdoor Smoke: Celebrating the 48th Anniversary of Samuel Paley Park and the freedom for Americans to enjoy a fine cigar!

FRIDAY, MAY 22, 2015

Early life

Paley's father Samuel Paley was a Ukrainian Jewish immigrant who ran a cigar company. As the company became increasingly successful, Paley became a millionaire, and moved his family to Philadelphia in the early 1920s...

Officially it's a "privately owned public space" managed by a group funded by the Pauley's.
