Not saying that certain jobs can't be done equally well remote, and employers have seen that and seem to agree.  I find it interesting how many young folks for some reason (post Covid) seem to think it is their right to work from home and resent having to go into the office even a couple days a week.  Amazing how the paradigm has changed.
